At Fang Oral Care, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn and unwashed merchandise.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Securely seal your items and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
